BEKKA WHALEY
CHOREOGRAPHER
Bekka has been involved with 'Astravaganza Entertainment' from it's conception back in 2012. She appearing in most of our productions on stage, and often as tremendous support behind the scenes. Bekka's mum and Liam's mum are childhood best friends. Bekka grew up with Liam, and has never been able to escape!
Bekka started her dancing journey at the age of 8 originally as a competitive dancer at Trish and Trina’s School of Dance, reaching Champion status before retiring.
Bekka danced on the Disney Channel in 'My Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam' and has also worked as a children’s Entertainer. In the North East, she has taught dance at Move It Studios and Dance City (both Newcastle and Sunderland) where she studied Dance and Professional Practice, before completing her First Class Honours degree with Northumbria University.
Bekka works full time in Primary Education and loves teaching and inspiring young people.
Bekka has choreographed 'Beauty & the Beast' and 'Jopseh & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' for Astravaganza Entertainment.
